Monroe Gang, President & CEO is responsible for our executive sales program. Monroe has 30+ years of experience in the IT recruiting industry with specific expertise in financial services. He has remained dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service possible since he started his career in Information Technology sales and recruiting with Computer Horizons Corporation in 1983. Monroe accelerated through the ranks to become the top sales person in the Northeast and shortly thereafter he became District Sales Manager and then VP of Sales. Monroe then joined a long time business associate and trusted friend, and they founded Resource Search Company. The success of RSC is well documented in the industry with annual revenues in excess of 20 million dollars. In 2006, Monroe and his son, David Gang, purchased Atlantic Partners Corporation in Boca Raton, Florida. David Gang, Vice President & COO is responsible for overseeing the business and operational activities supporting our account base for both internal and external vendors. David is in charge of all financial activities, and he plays an extremely active role in contract oversight as well as establishing processes to meet and streamline all accounting activities. David has several administrators supporting these activities and works very closely with his team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all operations. David graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and spent over 10 years on Wall Street as a Vice President / Head Trader of Institutional Trading at Rosenblatt Securities. Jim Goldfarb, Director of Recruiting is responsible for all Recruiting Operations and Sales Support. Jim has 25+ years of experience in the Recruiting Industry and has been in the role of Director of Recruiting since Atlantic Partners was founded. He began his career as a Recruiting Manager while staffing Fortune 500 clients in NYC and relocated to Florida in 2001, where he became a top biller at Spherion Staffing. Jim joined Atlantic Partners in 2003, where he applies a progressive sales and marketing approach to recruiting strategies. He works very closely with all Account Executives, Clients and Recruiters to ensure top talent is represented by Atlantic Partners. Jim graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance. Warren Wright, Senior VP of Quality Assurance and Process Improvement comes to Atlantic Partners with 20+ years in managing technology services delivery to ISO and CMM level standards. Warren partnered with Monroe on the sale of Resource Search Company and decided he wanted to Partner with Monroe on his next venture. Warren partners with all Account Managers on creating quality metrics and processes to support both internal and external statistics for our client base. To ensure the Atlantic Partners QA program is successful, Warren works with clients to develop processes and reports on Performance Management, Resource Training and Skills Management, and Retention Plan Process.
